John T. Rudy, Co-chair of Mintz's Securities & Capital Markets Practice, represents public and private companies, as well as investment banks, in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and other equity and debt financings. He also advises companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters, and general corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Mintz, John practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York and London. He is recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 for his work in capital markets and life sciences.
