Michel is a life sciences investor and seasoned business development and licensing professional with experience in all elements of the business development processes. He holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. In 2016, Michel joined the Global Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) team of MSD to help augment the pipeline after having had various BD&L roles at various biotech companies and research institutes. Since July this year, he’s joined Thuja Capital as Venture Parter to help create deal flow, and to help evaluate the many investment opportunities the Thuja receives each year.
