Noora is Co-founder and CEO of Solid IO, a precision oncology company spun out of the University of Helsinki, developing functional diagnostics to predict how individual patients respond to cancer treatments. Solid IO measures treatment response directly in patient-derived tumor biology, with applications across drug development and treatment selection.

Her background combines healthcare and life sciences with commercial leadership and company building. Before founding Solid IO with her scientific co-founders, Noora held senior commercial leadership roles in growth and transformation environments
