Biography - Rahul is a healthcare investor at UCB Ventures currently based in London. He leads the LP investment activities at UCB in HealthTech and Techbio sectors. He has a keen interest in partnering with innovative healthcare startups and has supported UCB investments in ViaNautis Bio, Iris Medicine, Farnia Bio and Regel Therapeutics. Prior to joining UCB, he was a Strategy Consultant at Adelphi. Rahul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a PhD degree in Biopharmaceutical Informatics from The University of Manchester. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder. He has previously participated in several prestigious international programs, including as an Amgen Scholar at Tsinghua University, Beijing, and as a Mitacs Globalink Scholar in Montreal, Canada.
