Over the past 20 years, Robin has built a career at the intersection of finance, strategy and business transformation, helping global organisations make better commercial decisions and create long-term value.

He currently leads AstraZeneca’s Alliance Management and Integration function, overseeing strategic partnerships, post-acquisition integration and divestments. His work brings together commercial strategy, execution and stakeholder leadership to ensure complex transactions deliver their intended value.

Previously, Robin held senior finance leadership roles across AstraZeneca, including responsibility for multi-billion-dollar commercial businesses and serving as CFO for one of the company’s highest-profile products. These experiences shaped his pragmatic, execution-focused approach to navigating complex business challenges.

Robin has worked across pharmaceuticals, banking, automotive and consulting. He is passionate about turning ambition into delivery through strategic partnerships, integration, operating model transformation and the effective application of AI.
