Self-directed professional development is learning that has not been accredited by boards or BCREA but enhances your professional practice. It allows you to be recognized for learning that meets your individual needs.
To count toward your self-directed PDP hours, a learning opportunity must:1. Enhance your professional practice2. Be verifiable and auditable by your board3. Be a minimum of one hour of learning

Attendance at the Land & Development Conference may be eligible for 6 BOMI Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits.
Law Society of Ontario

Mortgage Professionals Canada - request sent
The Land & Development Conference may be pre-approved by Mortgage Professionals Canada for CE Units in the Professional Development Category. This activity is self-reporting and can be achieved by logging into your account at www.mortgageproscan.ca and clicking on “My Courses”.
Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI)
OPPI members undertaking Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) may claim learning units according to the Institute’s CPL Program Guide.
Please note that OPPI neither pre-approves CPL events, nor assigns Learning Units to them; the Institute trusts its members to use their reasonable professional judgment in claiming credit, in accordance with the CPL Program Guide.
