Alexandra Khazzam is a Managing Director at Hines Canada. She is responsible for several development projects, including 88 Bathurst Street, a multi-family led mixed-use development in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood, T3 Sterling Road, a timber office campus in Toronto’s Junction Triangle neighbourhood as well as Hines’ JV partnership with PSP/Northcrest of Downsview’s Hangar District. In addition, Alex focuses on new development and acquisition opportunities for the Hines Canada platform.

Previously, Alex was Director, Investments, for Dream Asset Management, where she was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions for Dream's Canadian REIT entities, specifically overseeing the disposition of over $1B of Dream Office REIT's Private Market assets. Prior to Dream, Alex was an Associate Vice President at Brookfield Financial, where she was involved in over $3B of investment sales transactions across all asset classes. She was also part of the launch of the company's private equity placement platform through the successful fund raise of over $200M for a Canadian Landlord and Asset Manager. Alex holds a Bachelor in Mathematics and Economics from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD.
