Profile

Anton Katipunan is the Vice President, Development at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. Since joining RioCan in 2006, Anton has underwritten roughly $10 billion of real estate transactions in progressive roles within RioCan’s Investments team. He joined RioCan’s Development group in 2017 in an Analytics capacity, and was recently promoted to Vice President, Development. In that capacity, Anton oversees nearly 40 people in the Planning and Construction functions that will build out the Trust’s $14 billion development pipeline. Anton is proud to be RioCan’s first Filipino-Canadian Vice President.
