Brad Keast works at the intersection of real estate, technology, and culture to encourage cross functional collaboration. At Dream Office, he is focused on the modernization of the built form, amenities, and service offerings for core assets. Concurrently, he actively seeks opportunities for innovation across the portfolio for better project outcomes and lifecycle management. Specifically, higher levels of BIM, using architectural software for pro forma data visualization, collaboration tools for multi-organizational projects teams, and increased use of off-site fabrication. Prior to Dream, Brad has held roles with the Canadian Navy, SmartCentres, and Osmington ranging from systems engineering to greenfield office development to repositioning of major infrastructure projects with considered programming to achieve asymmetrical returns.
