Carlo oversees the day-to-day operations of Capital Developments and Address. Prior to his current roles, Carlo co-led high-rise office development for Oxford Properties Group in Toronto. Carlo has also been a management consultant for both Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, has an MBA with High Honors from Harvard Business School. Carlo is an avid traveler, having visited over 75 countries, an amateur astronomer, a proud father, and a horror movie enthusiast.
