Daniel is a Partner on the Real Estate Development Team at Hazelview Investments. He leads the execution of a diverse pipeline of purpose-built rental developments across Canada, overseeing projects from feasibility and acquisition through planning, financing, construction, and stabilization.

Daniel plays a key leadership role across all stages of the development lifecycle, with a particular focus on financial structuring and execution. His responsibilities include leading financial underwriting and pro forma modelling, establishing development budgets and schedules, structuring and securing land, construction and take-out financing, and managing lender, investor, and partner relationships. He also oversees portfolio-level cash flow management, development reporting, and investment performance.

With approximately 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Daniel brings deep expertise in development feasibility, capital structuring, and risk management. He has worked on large-scale, institutional-quality projects and is actively involved in advancing housing solutions, including purpose-built rental and affordable housing initiatives.

Daniel holds a Master of Science in Real Estate (Finance and Investment) from New York University and an Honours Specialization in Urban Development from Western University.
