As a broker at CBRE Montreal, David Cervantes lead a multidisciplinary brokerage team working across investor leasing, occupier representation, and data centre transactions. Having spent over 20 years in commercial real estate, David proactively identifies opportunities and creates value for corporate clients and investors by thinking outside the box and leveraging CBRE’s global network of resources.

David’s curiosity and experience observing market dynamics allows him to recognize trends that may impact and benefit his clients. Always thinking ahead, he creates long-term value by developing strategies to optimize their portfolio, navigate market changes and reach their business goals.

David’s work includes advising occupiers on office space selection, listing and formulating leasing strategies and leveraging his team’s strengths to achieve lasting results. He advises on the positioning of real assets, negotiate competitive leases and sales and recommend effective workplace strategies.

As the practice leader of CBRE’s National Data Centre Solutions Group, David also oversees technical brokerage transactions. David has experience advising on colocation assignments, liquid cooling facilities and other complex technology and infrastructure projects.
