Franco Bilotta, P.Eng., is an accomplished real estate and construction leader with over 20 years of experience. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, he combines strong technical expertise with deep industry knowledge in building systems, construction, development, and real estate management.

Franco began his career in code consulting and facility engineering, where he developed a lasting passion for real estate. He has since held national-level construction management roles with leading public and private sector organizations. His experience spans diverse asset classes, with extensive knowledge in property management, maintenance, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and industrial condominium conversions.

At Mantella, Franco leads all construction, conversion, and development initiatives, leveraging his engineering background and strategic insight to successfully deliver complex, high-quality real estate projects.
