Gavin Cheung joined CentreCourt in 2016 and was appointed President in 2022. He has led numerous high-rise development projects to industry-leading outcomes while providing leadership across all operational areas of the company including sales, finance, development, construction, and customer care.

Gavin is also a Board Member of the Hold’em for Life Charity Challenge, a non-profit organization that has raised in excess of $50 million toward cancer research, and currently serves as a Co-Chair for the Real Estate Hold’em for Life event which raised more than $9.5 million cumulatively since the start of his tenure in 2021.

Prior to joining CentreCourt, Gavin worked in private equity and investment banking at a major Canadian bank, where he was primarily involved in underwriting, financing, and advisory services in respect of public and private real estate entities. Gavin holds a dual JD/MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
