As Principal, Leasing, Geoff Rayner leads BGO Properties’ office and industrial leasing team in the Greater Toronto Area. Since joining BGO in 2017, he has advanced through progressively senior roles and now oversees all leasing activity for a commercial portfolio spanning more than 21 million square feet. He leads the development and execution of leasing strategies designed to enhance asset performance and align with the objectives of both internal and third-party clients. Geoff also partners closely with BGO’s investment and asset management teams on acquisition, disposition, and development initiatives for office and industrial assets in Ontario. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Geoff is recognized for his strategic leadership, strong market insight, and collaborative approach. His experience includes delivering results for institutional property owners, pension funds, REITs, and privately held companies.
