She is responsible for delivering transit-oriented communities, landmark developments, and social-purpose projects that support economic growth and public value across Ontario. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, development, and construction across the public and private sectors, Heather has a proven track record leading complex initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering outcomes that create meaningful value for stakeholders. She holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is a licensed architect.
