Jim leads all Tridel operations, from land acquisition through to project completion, provides governance oversight, and promotes the long-term growth of Tridel’s operating businesses at an enterprise level. Throughout his tenure at Tridel, Jim has directed the introduction of over 150 condominium communities to the marketplace and overseen the successful completion of more than 45,000 condominium homes throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Jim participates in various industry leadership positions, advising on best practices and policy development on key topics, including city building and sustainability. He is passionate about maintaining Tridel’s position as one of Canada’s leading home builders and ensuring the brand is synonymous with quality, sustainability, and social impact.
