John-Bosco Agbasi is a senior professional on the Fengate Real Estate leadership team. He is responsible for all aspects of Fengate’s commercial and residential portfolios. In his role, he leads asset management, leasing, and operations along with investment strategy, capital raising, risk management, portfolio structure, fund management, analytics, and stakeholder relations.

Fengate’s commercial portfolio includes a 3.4M sf core portfolio, a development pipeline of over 5 million square feet and over 200 acres of development lands. Fengate's residential portfolio includes the Multifamily Income Fund and multiple development funds, representing a pipeline of over 25,000 units.

Prior to joining Fengate, John-Bosco was at Carttera, responsible for the asset management and leasing of commercial and multifamily projects. His scope included supporting acquisitions, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, and disposition activities. Prior to Carttera, John-Bosco spent over six years with GWL Realty Advisors, covering industrial and multifamily.

John-Bosco holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University, and a Master's in Business Administration from Sprott School of Business.
