As Senior Vice-President, Transit-Oriented Communities, Kelly Skeith leads the Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) program at Infrastructure Ontario (IO). The provincial TOC Subways program is part of the government’s plan to build new, sustainable transit by providing real opportunities to create vibrant, higher density, mixed-use communities that are connected to transit stations.

Prior to IO, Kelly held the role of Interim Chief Development Officer and had oversight of the corporation’s Development Division. Over her nine years at the corporation, Kelly led teams on numerous TCHC revitalization sites, including Regent Park, Alexandra Park, and Don Summerville. Kelly brings more than 19 years of experience in residential and land development, land use policy planning, socio-economic impact assessment, and public engagement. Kelly also holds a Masters of Environmental Design (Planning) from the University of Calgary.
