Kevin Green is President and CEO of Greenwin Corp., one of Canada’s largest private developers and managers of affordable and social housing. Under his leadership, Greenwin has developed and constructed over 10,000 purpose-built rental units, with 7,500+ more in the pipeline, valued at over $5.1 billion. Greenwin has also built more than 4,000 affordable housing units to date.

Kevin is committed to building inclusive, high-quality communities through a growth strategy rooted in social impact, revitalization, and ESG. A strong advocate for public-private partnerships, he works closely with social reform organizations and Toronto Police Services to integrate property management with community-focused crime prevention initiatives, improving the quality of life in underserved neighbourhoods.
