Leor Margulies is the real estate group leader at Robins Appleby LLP and has been a respected member of the Toronto real estate community for over 40 years. His valuable legal counsel is sought out by financial institutions, real estate developers, property owners, and builders. Some of the clients he represents include Atrium Mortgage, KingSett Capital, Meridian Credit Union Limited, Bank of Montreal, Home Trust Company, Kylemore Communities, Marlin Spring Limited, Sean Mason Homes, Sorbara Group, Times Group, HIP Developments Inc. and Almadev Inc.

Leor specializes in residential high/low-rise development, as well as construction financing, both with an emphasis on condominium development. His real estate group handles all types of commercial and industrial developments, land and construction financing, community housing initiatives including innovative public and private joint ventures involving limited partnerships and co-tenancies. His clients have also found him to be an excellent resource in dealing with difficult situations involving Tarion and HCRA

Since 1999, Leor has served as a director of BILD and as secretary on its executive committee, representing BILD on numerous industry issues and chairing many of its committees. He was also inducted into the BILD Hall of Fame in March 2025 in recognition of his dedication and long service to the residential building industry.
