Marc Kirshenbaum works with Tenants, Occupiers, and Landlords in the Core GTA markets, specializing in complex, large scale transactions including leases, sales, and land development. Marc and his team (Monica Cordoba and Charles Pint) are equipped with in-depth market knowledge, strategic planning, relationship-building, client management, and strong negotiations skills. Over his 10 year plus career, Marc has risen from a Sales Representative to Executive Vice President faster than anyone in the company in Canada.
