Meghan Wong, Vice President of the Spanier Group, is an experienced real estate and planning professional specialized in large-scale mixed-use development. With over 15 years of experience in the private and public sector, Meghan has led the implementation of a variety of planning and real estate projects across Ontario and Alberta.
Prior to joining the Spanier Group, Meghan led a development team at Metrolinx focused on transit-oriented development projects and played an integral role in developing a program to facilitate public-private real estate development partnerships. She has extensive experience managing complex large-scale projects and commercial deals with significant infrastructure considerations.
Meghan is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity GTA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Geography and Political Science) from McMaster University and a Master of Science (Planning, Real Estate and Regeneration) from the University of Glasgow.
