Michael Bardyn is responsible for leading the asset management team at Graywood, with a focus on creating long-term value tailored to client needs. Michael has over 25 years experience in leasing and asset management in Canada and the US, developing and implementing strategies for actively managed real estate portfolios across office, industrial, retail, and residential asset classes.

Prior to joining Graywood, Michael was Managing Director at Manulife Investment Management leading the asset management, leasing and property management teams for Manulife’s Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario real estate portfolios of over $4B. Michael holds Honours Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the Richard lvey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
