In his 30+ years in the real estate development industry, Michael Ferreira is best-known for starting and growing the market-leading real estate research and advisory company, Urban Analytics (now Zonda Urban) across Western Canada, which he eventually sold. As founder and co-owner of Urban Analytics, Michael was heavily relied upon by industry stakeholders, including developers and builders, lenders and different levels of government for his insights and perspective on multi-family development market conditions and trends.

Michael now plays a key role with Anthem’s Finance and Corporate Affairs team, liaising with financial partners and assisting Anthem Properties Group in raising equity funds from private individuals and family office groups. His experience and depth of market and product knowledge allows him to effectively communicate with Anthem’s partners, and contribute to the acquisition, design and positioning of future Anthem developments.
