With 18 years of experience in real estate development, asset management, and investment, Michael brings deep expertise in the financial viability, design, and execution of purpose-built rental communities across Canada. Michael’s leadership is grounded in execution, efficacy, and integrity, with a focus on delivering sustainable, high-quality housing solutions that balance strong financial performance with meaningful community impact. Under his direction, Hazelview’s development strategy continues to evolve—prioritizing innovation, long-term livability, and mentorship to support a collaborative and high-performing team.

In addition to his role at Hazelview, Michael serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity GTA, where he contributes to advancing affordable housing initiatives across the region.
