Neil Pattison leads the Development Team at Graywood and is currently responsible for the approval and delivery of 6,000 units with a value of $4 billion across Graywood’s portfolio. Neil has 25 years of experience in leading and delivering residential and mixed-use developments working for private developers, the Provincial Government and private planning consultants in Canada and the UK. During this time Neil has worked on and delivered over 20 high-rise and mid-rise mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Graywood in 2015, Neil worked for the Daniels Corporation for 9 years, he is a Registered Professional Planner with the OPPI and the CIP and holds degrees in Planning Studies and Town Planning from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
