Nikola Parenta is a Director of Development at GWL Realty Advisors, where he is responsible for advancing mixed‑use and industrial projects across the GTA. He joined GWL in 2018 as an analyst and has progressed through increasingly senior roles within the Development team. In his current role, Nikola is responsible for mixed-use and industrial projects from initial feasibility / land acquisition through construction delivery, integrating financial analysis with planning, design, and sustainability considerations to drive long‑term value creation. Prior to GWL, Nikola worked at OKO Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
