Ossie Airewele is an accomplished British architect whose passion lies in socially responsible and inclusive design. With a deep commitment to equity and innovation, Ossie is a prominent thought leader at BDP Quadrangle, encouraging meaningful conversations about the future of inclusive design, leading key residential and mixed-use projects and driving the North American expansion of the studio. Since joining BDP Quadrangle in 2019, Ossie has showcased his excellence in conceptualization, design, and execution with a portfolio that includes leading the development of Bathurst Assembly, a commercial building leveraging hybrid mass timber structure and a design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA) approach to residential construction in downtown Toronto. He has also been instrumental in our high-rise, residential projects across North America, several master planning projects that are reimagining existing mall sites as residential-focused mixed-use developments, as well as adaptive reuse strategies for the existing conversion of office to residential in midtown Manhattan, New York. As a highly valued member of BDP Quadrangle’s studio who prides his professional approach on developing strong interpersonal relationships, he is Chair of the ULI Curtner Urban Leadership Program that supports the development of mid-career professionals in commercial real estate.
