Peter Hass is the General Manager of Stelumar which has the purpose of “Providing housing that people are proud of” and has been with the company since its founding in 2024. Previously, Mr. Hass was a Partner at Maverix Private Equity where he led the Work, Live, Play and Learn investment vertical and was on the Board of Kode Labs. Before Maverix, Mr. Hass worked as a Director of Home Services within Mattamy Ventures at Mattamy Asset Management, where he was responsible for the creation and then leadership of three new lines of business. Mr. Hass also previously worked at OMERS where he was a founding member of OMERS Growth Equity and was previously part of the OMERS Platform Investments team, the innovation arm of OMERS. At OMERS he completed investments in Purpose Financial, ArcTern Ventures, Managed by Q (exited to WeWork), Honest Buildings (exited to Procore), OneEleven and R-Labs. Mr. Hass started his career as a consultant with Monitor Deloitte, where he advised clients on corporate strategy and operations, with a focus on growth and innovation. Mr. Hass is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business where he earned his Honors Business Administration degree.
