Rob Krauss is Principal of Building Edge Strategies, where he advises Ontario project sponsors, businesses, and non-profits on navigating government to help projects advance faster, with greater clarity and confidence.

He brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of government, real estate development, infrastructure, and economic policy.

He has held senior roles across municipal and provincial governments - including as an Advisor to the Premier, Minister’s Chief of Staff, Vice President of Development at Infrastructure Ontario, and Advisor to the Mayor of Toronto - giving him a direct understanding of how approvals, funding, and major projects move.

Rob has advanced major development and infrastructure initiatives across Ontario, including transit-oriented communities, transit expansion, and complex private-sector projects requiring coordinated government action.
