Robert Koblinsky is Chief Development Officer at Attain Energy Corp., where he focuses on corporate power purchase agreements (CPPAs) and virtual power purchase agreements (VPPAs) within Ontario’s evolving IESO electricity market framework. His work centers on helping large energy users manage electricity costs, reduce Global Adjustment exposure, and secure long-term clean energy supply through structured renewable energy transactions.

Robert has over a decade of experience in energy project development across North America and international markets, with expertise spanning battery energy storage, distributed energy infrastructure, and utility-scale renewable generation. He is the Founder of Demand Power Corp. and Constant Power Co., and previously served as Director of Battery Energy Storage, North America at GridBeyond.

In addition to his corporate roles, Robert advises developers, infrastructure groups, and large power users across Canada and the United States on energy strategy, power procurement, battery storage, and integration of energy infrastructure into large-scale industrial and development projects.
