Shaun Hildebrand is President of Urbanation, a Toronto-based real estate research and consulting firm founded over 40 years ago that specializes in the Canadian condominium and rental markets. Shaun manages the Urbanation team and is responsible for leading market intelligence for the company's quarterly reporting and project feasibility studies. In 2021, Urbanation expanded its subscription service into the Ottawa market, providing detailed market information on new rental development activity across the National Capital Region. Shaun has acted as a key spokesperson on the real estate market for over 15 years, providing highly quoted market insights used by all major media outlets, delivering industry presentations, and preparing forecast reports and customized research. Prior to joining Urbanation in 2013, Shaun managed the GTA housing market analysis team at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
