Steve is a key leader within the land, multifamily, and student housing sectors across the GTA. He acts on behalf of an increasing number of private, corporate, institutional, and governmental real estate owners, as well as insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring firms, to maximize the value of their assets. He brings certainty through a focused and disciplined approach to process while establishing the highest and best use for a given property. Steve advises clients on value maximization strategies including asset dispositions, land lease structures, recapitalizations, and joint venture transactions across complex urban real estate assignments.

Steve completed the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design in 2024.
