Steven Dejonckheere joined Slate in 2019 and helps lead Slate’s development efforts. In his current position, Steven oversees all aspects of development from initial acquisition to project stabilization across a portfolio of projects totaling approximately 12 million sq. ft. and spanning multiple asset classes across North America.

Prior to joining Slate, Steven managed a development portfolio at Triovest with projects in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. He has also held development positions at Capital Developments and Dream Unlimited and prior to his career in Canadian real estate worked for SCB Architects in Chicago.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University and a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
