Stephane Côté President of Major project Division at Cogir Real Estate leads several flagship buildings including Humaniti, a mixed-use complex in the heart of downtown, Odea Montreal, a joint venture with the Cree Nation and Haleco a real estate development project in which values of community, sustainability, and circular economy coexist. Desiring to transform the ways of living and enhance the heritage, Stéphane founded DevMcGill in 1998, leading the company over the years until it became one of the leading developers. In June 2017, DevMcGill joined forces with Cogir Real Estate.
