Tim Weber is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diverso Energy, North America’s leading geothermal utility provider. He leads the company's business development efforts, working with new clients and identifying new market opportunities. Tim is an analytical and results-driven leader, with a passion for low-carbon heating and cooling solutions.

He has spent 30 years in the HVAC industry, with 18 of them focused exclusively on geothermal. Most recently, his focus has been pioneering new financial models, to simplify the adoption of geothermal in the mid to high-rise residential market. With a broad knowledge of geothermal and commercial real estate, Tim assists clients in identifying projects that best align with the Diverso Energy model, to maximize their economic benefit in turn.

Outside of Diverso, Tim serves as the Vice President of the Ontario Geothermal Association. They have been working diligently to dismantle the barriers to geothermal usage and accelerate our net-zero transition.
