Profile
Tobias Oriwol is responsible for providing strategic oversight and day-to-day investment management for Tricon Residential’s Canadian purpose-built rental apartment platform, including sourcing new investment opportunities, acquisition execution, and capital raising.
Prior to joining Tricon, Tobias worked at Forum Equity Partners in Toronto. Before that, he worked at Brookfield Asset Management, in both Toronto and New York, where he focused on residential housing investments and developments across market rate and affordable rental apartments, student housing, senior housing, and for-sale condominiums. Tobias is also a two-time Canadian Olympian, having reached the semi-finals in both the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympic Games.
