Tom has been with KingSett for over 11 years and oversees the companies Urban Development interests. Tom has over 30 years’ experience in a wide array of large-scale development and construction projects throughout the GTA and Canada. During his time at KingSett Tom has led the entitlement of dozens of major mixed use projects delivering millions of square feet of new development in Toronto’s core. More recently Tom is focused on the development and construction of KingSett’s medium density housing portfolio comprised of over 1000 units throughout the GTA. Tom holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning, studying both at Ryerson University and The University of Central England.
