Tracy Greig is the Chief Executive Officer of the Durham Region Non-Profit Housing Corporation, leading the delivery of safe, sustainable, community-focused affordable housing. With over 30 years of executive experience, she is recognized for driving transformation, strengthening governance, and achieving strong financial and social outcomes.

At DRNPHC, Tracy has advanced a significant housing development agenda, expanding supply, modernizing assets, and positioning the organization as a key partner in addressing housing and homelessness across Durham Region.

Previously, she served as Chief Operations Officer at the University of St. Michael’s College and held senior roles including Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Atomic Energy Canada Limited and Director, Global Purchasing at Magna Closures, where she led large-scale procurement transformation.

Tracy holds a Business Administration Diploma from Durham College and a Master’s Certificate in Public Sector Management. She is a former board member of Durham College and the Robert McLaughlin Gallery.
