Vincci Wilson brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate across Canada, overseeing complex projects and a portfolio exceeding 4.7 million square feet. She is recognized as an industry leader with expertise in managing multi-stakeholder environments, including public, private, and not-for-profit partners. Vincci holds an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto. She is an active member of ULI and NAIOP, serves on the board of directors for Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women, and was recognized in 2025 as a ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Champion.
