With 30 years’ experience across talent, leadership, and organisational performance, Scott has worked with organisations including the RAF, Helly Hansen, Coca-Cola, Deutsche Telekom, NHS England, ZRG International and Informa Middle East.

A qualified leadership trainer and mountain leader, Scott combines practical commercial experience with high-energy facilitation to help leaders create real behavioural change - not just collect theory.
