Alyson spent the majority of her 20+ year career working for The Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in the beauty industry. Alyson has successfully led roles in finance, sales promotion, marketing, and most recently learning & development. Her certifications and expertise include strengths-based leadership, communication, marketing, energy for performance, and design thinking.

More than that, Alyson is a mother, girlfriend, daughter and sister with a variety of interests that include cooking, traveling, hiking, energy healing and tiny homes.
