He is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience (WACN), and EQ-i 2.0.

Paraic coaches and supports leaders and organisations across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and North America. His coaching style and qualifications are powered by neuroscience with a focus on emotional intelligence.

Prior to establishing KeenEdge Consulting in 2021, Paraic gained over 20 years of corporate experience – 13 years in leadership positions in large multinational organisations globally.
