Financial Services Law: Choose your Award

The LLM in Financial Services Law combines academic study with a very important practical dimension, which involves undertaking  case studies in a number of modules. The course provides a programme of postgraduate study which will develop your understanding of the legal dimension to activities taking place in the financial services field and the extent to which they might give rise to legal issues.

Financial Services Law - PGCert

  • The PGCert requires the successful completion of 60 credits
  • Start dates: 21st October 2024
  • Modules: 1 to 3
  • Duration: 9 months

Financial Services Law - PGDip

  • The PGDip requires the successful completion of 120 credits
  • Start dates: 21st October 2024
  • Modules: 1 to 7
  • Duration: 18 months

Financial Services Law - LLM

  • The LLM requires the successful completion of 180 credits
  • Start dates: 21st October 2024
  • Modules: all 8 modules
  • Duration: 26 months
