Food Law Latest operates in 92 countries, assisting international corporations, SMEs, innovative start-ups, and institutional clients.
Cesare build bridges between law, science, business and behavioural sciences, offering cutting edge solutions to complex problems and solid risk assessments to accompany clients in their crucial business decisions. He also teaches food law as guest instructor in several universities, such as Michigan State University in USA, LUISS in Rome and Alma Mater in Bologna.
Cesare is also a Senior Regulatory Expert at Arcadia International, a multi-disciplinary consultancy dedicated to the food and feed value chain. Created in 1998 by senior experts and corporate executives in food chain industry, Arcadia International is established as an European Economic Interest Grouping (E.E.I.G.) and focuses on major issues common to the main segments of the food chain.
Cesare is also a member of MoniQA is an international and interdisciplinary network for professionals from institutions working in food research, regulatory bodies and trade, providing solutions to promote a safer and secure food supply worldwide. The association focusses on food allergen management and food fraud prevention.
