Industry Expert Liz Dunphy, is experienced in both prosecution and defence for breaches of Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation in the UK and internationally.

Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and a Voting member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Liz holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Criminal Certificate (2022). She also has extensive technical and operational experience in the fields of food safety and health and safety having worked as an Environmental Health Specialist in these areas for over 25 years, specialising in the the catering, hospitality, retail and care sectors.
