Joe is the leader of RSM’s life sciences advisory practice, sits on the life sciences national leadership team and also serves as industry lead for the Boston life sciences practice. His focus is leading transformation initiatives around event-driven transactions (commercial launch, IPO/SPAC, merger & acquisition integrations, separations/carve-out); target operating model design and execution; business process design, automation and implementation; enterprise application architecture design and implementation; organizational design and execution; software evaluation and implementation; and complex program and project management. He works with clients through their entire business growth journey to help them stay focused on their scientific innovations and clinical research while working toward meaningful business growth.
