Sarah is the Vice President of Business Development for Pfizer R&D and Pfizer Internal Medicine. In this role, she is responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, equity investments, and research collaborations that support Pfizer’s strategic growth priorities. Among other transactions, she led Pfizer’s acquisition of Biohaven and Pfizer’s establishment of a consumer healthcare joint venture with GSK. In 2020 and 2021, she managed the international government contracting process for the initial distribution of Pfizer’s vaccine against COVID-19.

Sarah previously held Pfizer roles in Integration Management, Strategy, and Executive Operations. Before joining Pfizer, Sarah worked as a management consultant for The Mitchell Madison Group. She holds a BS in Chemistry from Caltech and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and lives in New York City.
