Venky Raghavan is an Executive Director in Oncology at Novartis, where he leads Search & Evaluation for prostate and breast cancer. Prior to Novartis, he held roles at Bayer in global marketing and subsequently in Business Development & Licensing. Earlier in his career, he worked in life sciences strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman and IQVIA, advising biopharmaceutical companies on portfolio strategy and growth initiatives.

He holds a PhD in molecular biology from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and brings a strong scientific foundation to oncology-focused external innovation, asset evaluation, and strategic decision‑making.
